Playin' Hookie

Owen had a 101.7 temperature early Tuesday morning, so Dad called in to work and stayed home.  I was a bit suspicous when his temp rapidly dropped to 100.2...then 99.5...and finally below 98.6!  He may have pulled a fast one on me -- but I'm not complaining.  We had a fun day (including a trip to the park).

One-Year Checkup

Owen's first birthday party was the weekend before last.  The weather was lovely.  Loads of friends and family attended.  And he was showered with lovely, thoughtful gifts.  Here are a few pictures of our birthday boy!
