Owen & mommy took a quick trip to Montana over Labor Day.  So much fun!  We visited Brett & Nikol & their pup Monty in Missoula and Maria & Scott and their menagerie in Florence.

Shamrock Run

The annual Shamrock Run in Portland is a big draw - over 35,000 runners this year!  Paul usually does the 15K, but this year it was a father & son Leprechaun Lap for him!

Owen made lots of friends while waiting for the train downtown.

Owen gave out A LOT of high-fives!  Here, he's cheering on the 8K runners at the start line.

Owen tells me he wants to be a construction worker when he grows up (he also wants me to be a construction worker).  But he's recently been having a lot of fun checking my blood, giving me shots and putting bandaids all over me.
